Paula resided at Belleville Healthcare and Rehab Center for 3+ months for intensive PT/OT therapy to get back to walking, cooking and caring for her dog, Junior. Although she had a spunky outlook for therapy, she was very determined and never looked back. Paula started her rehab journey non-ambulatory due to a severe ankle/heel fracture. Three plus months passed and Paula walked out of Belleville Healthcare and Rehab Center’s doors on her own two feet with a walker to return to her home with her dog, Junior. She is continuing home health PT/OT services to increase her quality of life at home.
