Our facility is equipped to treat and administer therapy for various injuries and maladies, with attending physicians and registered nursing to monitor your care.

- Physicians and APRNs will make monthly in-house visits for the first three months then bi-monthly unless needed more frequently.
- In house lab drawn and taken to local lab at either Republic County Hospital or Belleville Medical Clinic

When a resident is ready to move back home, our entire staff works together to create an individualized discharge plan that will outline instructions and follow up care that will ensure a safe and easy transition from our facility. We also help facilitate any home health needs to ensure a safe transition back to their home environment.
